Create new recipes, fusion dishes, and seasonal specials while maintaining authenticity and flavor profiles. Culinary Expertise: Showcase mastery of Chinese culinary techniques, including wok cooking, stir-frying, steaming, braising, and roasting, to create flavorful and visually appealing dishes. Source high-quality ingredients, spices, and seasonings to enhance the authenticity and taste of Chinese cuisine. Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality standards. Manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster teamwork and excellence. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of food quality, taste, and presentation to uphold the reputation and standards of the restaurant. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and sanitation standards in all kitchen activities. Customer Satisfaction: Interact with customers to understand their preferences, dietary restrictions, and feedback on Chinese cuisine offerings.
