As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales revenue in the Kasaragod region. This role involves conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients, promoting our products or services, and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. Build a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities to pursue sales targets and objectives. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in the Kasaragod region. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales tactics, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Gather feedback from clients and prospects to understand market needs and preferences and provide input for product development and improvement. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry or sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as required. Additional Information: This position involves frequent travel within the Kasaragod region and occasional travel to other locations as needed. Fluency in Malayalam and English is required, while knowledge of other languages may be advantageous. A valid driver's license and access to transportation are necessary for field visits and client meetings.
