We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Bartender at our establishment, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for mixology will contribute to the overall success of our bar. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, according to established recipes and standards. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage and handling of beverages, glassware, and bar tools. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Collaborate with other team members to create innovative drink menus and promotional offerings. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Uphold the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the bar, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as mixology techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and team members. Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred but not mandatory).
