We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Relationship Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships. The Customer Relationship Executive will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, driving customer retention, and promoting brand loyalty. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns, and providing personalized assistance and support. Manage customer accounts, updating contact information, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records in the customer database. Address customer issues and concerns effectively, investigating problems, identifying root causes, and providing timely resolutions or escalations as needed. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues. Provide product/service information, explanations, and demonstrations to customers, helping them make informed decisions and maximize value from our offerings. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement in products/services and customer support processes. Promote customer retention and loyalty through proactive outreach, special offers, and loyalty programs, fostering long-term relationships with customers. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to measure customer sentiment and identify areas for improvement in service quality and customer experience. Stay updated on company products/services, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide accurate information and expert assistance to customers. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and excellence in customer support. Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and manage invoicing and billing disputes in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Executive, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and empathize with customers. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, MS Office Suite, and email communication tools. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to help and support customers and ensure their satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in the [insert industry or market segment] is advantageous but not required.
