Carpenter Job Opening in Kozhikode

We are looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team and undertake a variety of carpentry tasks, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wood and other materials. The Carpenter will work closely with our construction team to ensure the timely completion of projects and the delivery of high-quality carpentry workmanship. Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and materials needed. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to project specifications using hand and power tools, such as saws, chisels, and planes. Assemble and install wooden structures, furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and trim work, ensuring accuracy and precision in measurements and fittings. Install hardware, such as hinges, locks, and handles, to complete carpentry projects. Repair and replace damaged or worn-out wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures as needed. Inspect and assess the quality of finished carpentry work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to coordinate carpentry activities and ensure project objectives are met. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, discuss project requirements, and address any issues or concerns.
