We are looking for proactive and energetic Telecallers to engage with potential customers over the phone and promote our products/services. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information and assistance to customers to meet sales targets and objectives. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections effectively. Provide information about product features, pricing, promotions, and other relevant details to encourage sales. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet their requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls made, conversations held, and outcomes achieved, in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue goals. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure timely and effective customer communication. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role, preferably in a call center or sales environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer buying decisions. Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection and objections professionally. Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs and concerns. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
