We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Inside Sales Manager to oversee and manage our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them meet and exceed sales targets. Set sales targets and performance metrics for the inside sales team, and monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against these targets. Recruit, train, and onboard new inside sales team members, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and resources to succeed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns to support inside sales efforts. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, opportunities, and pipeline. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Implement sales processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in the inside sales team. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in inside sales and customer relationship management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a technology, software, or B2B sales environment. Strong understanding of inside sales principles, strategies, and tactics. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics. Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage sales activities and pipeline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
