We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Staff member to support our sales team in achieving revenue targets and providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads. Respond to inbound inquiries and requests for information about our products/services via phone, email, or chat. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell products/services and drive repeat business. Listen to customer requirements and provide accurate information and guidance on product features, pricing, and availability. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. Coordinate with sales representatives, account managers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfillment. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchased products/services and address any issues or concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products/services. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue goals. Requirements: Proven work experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Ability to listen actively to customer needs and articulate product/service benefits effectively. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales performance. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude and resilience in overcoming objections and rejection. Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and customer requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
