The Inside Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales deals through telephone calls, email correspondence, and online communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introduce products or services, and identify sales opportunities based on customer needs and preferences. Engage with leads and inquiries generated through inbound calls, website inquiries, email correspondence, and social media platforms, and follow up to convert leads into sales. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication, product updates, and personalized service to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty. Provide product information, pricing details, and quotations to customers, and address any questions, concerns, or objections to facilitate sales closures. Listen to customer feedback, gather insights, and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and recommending additional products or services to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with sales team members, marketing staff, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share market insights, and support overall sales and business objectives. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tracking tools to manage leads, track sales activities, update customer information, and maintain accurate records of sales interactions. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, and provide insights, recommendations, and strategies to improve sales performance and efficiency. Stay updated on product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings, and communicate relevant information to customers to drive sales and maintain competitive advantage. Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Adhere to sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics set by the sales manager or sales team leader, and strive to exceed targets through proactive sales efforts and effective customer engagement. Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment. Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering results in a competitive sales environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs, uncover opportunities, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements. Proficiency in using sales techniques, persuasion strategies, and objection handling to overcome customer objections and close sales deals. Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales, problem-solving, and decision-making. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines effectively. Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities and overcoming challenges. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs. Fluency in Malayalam and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
