Apply makeup products, including foundation, concealer, powder, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, and lip liner, using brushes, sponges, and other tools. Blend and contour makeup products to achieve desired effects, such as highlighting and shading, and ensure seamless transitions and a flawless finish. Stay updated on current makeup trends, techniques, and products, and incorporate innovative ideas and styles into makeup applications to meet client preferences. Collaborate with hairstylists, photographers, fashion designers, and other professionals to coordinate makeup looks with hair styling, wardrobe, and overall aesthetic. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in makeup tools, equipment, and work areas, and adhere to sanitation standards and regulations. Excellent knowledge of makeup products, cosmetics, brands, and industry trends, and the ability to recommend suitable products for different skin types and tones.
