We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in Chalakkudy. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inside sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance indicators to senior management, providing insights, forecasts, and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and priorities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for sales operations, pricing, contracts, and customer engagements. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in inside sales management, and incorporate innovative strategies and techniques into sales processes and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications in sales management are a plus. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, or similar role, with a successful track record in inside sales leadership and team management. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-making at all levels. Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales planning, forecasting, and performance management. Results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition through effective inside sales strategies and execution.
