Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for sales operations, pricing, contracts, and customer engagements. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and action plans for achieving sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management, and incorporate innovative strategies and techniques into sales processes and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications in sales management are a plus. Proven work experience as a Field Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, or similar role, with a successful track record in sales leadership and team management. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-making at all levels. Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales planning, forecasting, and performance management. Results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition through effective sales strategies and execution. Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications for managing sales pipelines, generating reports, and analyzing sales data.
