Record and interpret test results accurately. Maintain laboratory inventory and supplies. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field. Previous experience working as a Lab Technician preferred. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques.
