As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Palarivattom, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within your scope of practice. Your duties may include but are not limited to: Performing comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' health status. Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patients' needs. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information accurately. Providing patient and family education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
