Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote our products/services Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to meet their requirements Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to stay updated on the latest industry trends Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or relevant role Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport with customers Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is preferred Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation Benefits: Competitive salary with sales incentives Travel allowance Health insurance Training and professional development opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment
