Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, ensuring it is well-organized and presentable. Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests and clients. Maintain a record of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed. Reservations and Bookings: Assist in processing reservations and bookings. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth check-ins for guests. Provide information about room availability, rates, and amenities. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events held at the front office. Handle mail and courier services. Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate record of transactions.
