As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the sales floor in our retail store located in Kothamangalam, Kalady, Angamaly, and Perumbavoor. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales team members on the floor. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Ensure the store is properly stocked, and merchandise is displayed according to company standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment orders as necessary. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and achieve sales goals. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
