Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other sourcing activities to attract top talent. Employee Relations: Handle employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions. Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and team-building activities. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. Training and Development: Coordinate and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback. Assist in the development and implementation of training modules. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion. Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related matters. Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping. Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Assist in the preparation of reports for statutory compliance. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries. Work with external vendors to manage benefits packages effectively.
