We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in Malappuram. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of inside sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Utilize CRM software and other sales management tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and promote a culture of accountability and professionalism within the inside sales team. Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review and decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven work experience in inside sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team to achieve sales targets and goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
