As a Tea Maker, you will be responsible for brewing various types of tea, maintaining cleanliness in the tea-making area, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Prepare and brew different types of tea as per customer orders Ensure consistent quality in tea preparation Keep the tea-making area clean and sanitized Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing their preferred tea Handle customer queries and provide information about tea varieties Maintain inventory of tea leaves, milk, and other ingredients Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Handle cash transactions and maintain a tidy cashier area Assist in opening and closing duties as needed Requirements: Previous experience as a Tea Maker or similar role is preferred Knowledge of different types of tea and their brewing techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and cleanliness Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Kerala Food Safety and Standards Authority (KFSSA) certification is a plus
