Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security protocols and emergency procedures. Uphold the standards of customer service and professionalism expected by our guests and management. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional education or training in hospitality management is preferred.
