Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of bodybuilders, welders, fabricators, and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to perform their duties effectively. Production Planning: Plan and schedule bodybuilding projects, including vehicle modifications, fabrication, and customization work, based on customer orders and production requirements. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship in all bodybuilding processes.
