Parental Communication: Communicating with parents about students' progress and areas for improvement. Participating in parent-teacher meetings as needed. Attending faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred). B.Ed. or teaching certification. Previous experience teaching Accountancy at the high school level (experience with CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum is often preferred). Strong knowledge of Accountancy principles, theories, and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students in the subject. Proficiency in educational technology and tools for teaching Accountancy. Organizational skills and ability to manage a classroom effectively.
