Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, accounts, and stakeholders. Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and presentations to understand their needs, address their concerns, and promote products or services effectively. Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to field sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinate activities, share insights, and leverage resources to support sales initiatives and enhance customer experience. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
