Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, sales management, or business development roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics. Proficiency in using CRM software or sales automation tools for pipeline management and reporting.
