Prepare and make parottas in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and standards. Roll and shape the dough to create thin, layered parottas. Monitor the cooking process to ensure that parottas are cooked evenly and to the desired level of crispiness. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of parottas for orders. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the parotta-making area. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety. Assist in other kitchen tasks as needed. Requirements: Prior experience as a Parotta Maker or similar role in a restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking methods and spices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality food. Good communication skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
