Our upscale restaurant in Malappuram is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie specializing in North Indian cuisine. As a Senior CDP, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and working closely with the Head Chef to create, prepare, and present high-quality dishes. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook North Indian dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your section. Ensure all food products are of the highest quality and freshness. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and standards. Assist the Head Chef in creating new menu items and specials. Monitor and control stock levels, minimizing waste. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, specializing in North Indian cuisine. In-depth knowledge of North Indian culinary techniques and recipes. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills. Culinary certification or degree is a plus.
