Assign tasks and responsibilities to waitstaff during shifts. Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate specials and menu changes. Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are delivered to the correct tables and meet quality standards. Handle billing and payments, including handling cash transactions. Upselling and Promotion: Recommend additional items to guests based on their preferences.
