We are currently seeking proactive and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Kanhangad. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating leads. Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce products or services and explain their features and benefits. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Gather and record relevant information from prospective customers. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company. Stay updated on any new features, promotions, or changes in offerings. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with sales representatives or visit the showroom. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Address any concerns or queries raised by potential customers. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made and outcomes. Update customer information in the database. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer responses and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude. Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in making calls. Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling systems. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
