The Security Staff is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, assets, staff, and visitors of the organization. They will be tasked with monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, and responding to security incidents as needed. Responsibilities: Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence. Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people into the premises. Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations. Investigate suspicious behavior, incidents, or disturbances. Maintain reports of irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unauthorized persons. Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Escort employees and visitors when required. Ensure alarm systems are functioning properly. Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance. Follow company procedures regarding safety and security protocols. Report any breaches of security or safety hazards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Management. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position. Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment. Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. Integrity and professionalism.
