As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests from their arrival to departure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs. Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with information about our facilities and services. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist to ensure their satisfaction. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times. Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests. Offer information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience. Assist with special guest requests such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, or providing amenities. Ensure accuracy in billing and payments, and handle guest check-outs efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Uphold the company's standards regarding guest interaction and service quality. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel services and packages.
