We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, as well as hands-on experience implementing campaigns across various digital channels. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to client websites and generate leads. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with the target audience. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance and progress. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
