Assessment and Evaluation: Create and administer assessments, examinations, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and progress. Individualized Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their queries, clarifying concepts, and assisting with project work. Technology Integration: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the field of computer applications, integrating relevant tools and software into the training curriculum. Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to students, offering career guidance, advice on further studies, and insights into the IT industry. Collaboration: Collaborate with other faculty members and academic staff to enhance the overall quality of the PGDCA program. Industry Engagement: Foster connections with industry professionals and organizations to facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits for students. Professional Development: Pursue continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and obtaining certifications to stay current in the field. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Postgraduate degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field. A PGDCA qualification is often preferred. Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, particularly in PGDCA or computer science-related courses. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge and proficiency in programming languages, database management, software development, and other relevant areas. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
