Reporting: Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Emergency Procedures: Implement emergency procedures and protocols in the event of fire, medical emergencies, or other security-related incidents. Security Checks: Conduct security checks on vehicles, bags, and personal belongings as necessary. Collaboration: Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security professionals to ensure a coordinated response to security situations. Training and Awareness: Conduct security briefings, training sessions, and awareness programs for employees to enhance security consciousness. Skills and Qualifications: Security Training: Completion of security training and certification programs. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with individuals at all levels. Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills to detect unusual or suspicious activities. Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions in emergency or high-pressure situations.
