Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in reconciling accounts as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with colleagues, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration. Provide support to team members and assist in coordinating workflow and projects as required. General Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment. Coordinate with cleaning staff or service providers for routine maintenance and repairs as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certification or training in office administration or related field is a plus. Previous experience in an office support role or administrative assistant position is preferred.
