As a Business Development Executive in Trivandrum, your primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and sales activities to expand the customer base and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling to generate leads and establish initial contact with prospects. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base, including targeted marketing campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of products or services, and address any questions or objections raised during the sales process. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospects, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use insights to develop targeted sales strategies and approaches. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with business objectives, support product launches, and address customer needs effectively. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, including lead tracking, follow-up, and forecasting, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with products or services, identify areas for improvement, and communicate feedback to relevant departments for continuous product enhancement and service improvement. Market Expansion: Explore new market segments, industries, or geographic areas for business expansion opportunities, develop market entry strategies, and execute sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and increase market share. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a B2B (Business-to-Business) environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
