Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as revenue goals and sales quotas. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client. Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy. Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
