Software Installation and Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and drivers on laptops. Virus and Malware Removal: Conduct scans and remove viruses, malware, and other security threats from laptops. Data Backup and Recovery: Implement data backup solutions and assist with data recovery in case of system failures or data loss. Peripheral Setup: Install and configure external devices such as printers, scanners, and other peripherals compatible with laptops. Networking Support: Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of wireless networks and internet connectivity issues on laptops. Customer Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing laptop-related issues, and offering guidance on proper usage. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure laptops are running optimally and address potential issues before they become major problems. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of laptop repairs, configurations, and support activities.
