Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and meetings. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and renewals. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotional materials, and strategies to drive lead generation and conversion. Customer Service: Provide excellent pre and post-sales support, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
