We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver cum Delivery Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to deliver goods to customers in and around Kochi. Load and unload goods from the vehicle in a safe manner, ensuring proper handling and care of products. Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatch team. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers upon delivery and handling any inquiries or concerns. Collect payments from customers if required and handle cash transactions accurately. Keep accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes, invoices, and receipts. Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, other road users, and pedestrians. Assist in other warehouse or delivery-related tasks as needed.
