As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, answering incoming calls, and addressing customer inquiries. Your goal will be to promote our products/services, gather information, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Contact potential customers to inform them about our products/services using scripts. Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Generate leads through outbound calls.
