Assemble and fabricate aluminium components using various tools and equipment. Ensure precision and accuracy in cutting, bending, and welding aluminium materials. Reading Blueprints: Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Understand project requirements and follow detailed instructions to achieve the desired outcome. Welding: Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques. Weld aluminium components as per project requirements while adhering to safety standards. Ensure the integrity and strength of welded joints. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and client specifications. Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies in the fabrication process. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with tools, machinery, and hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize potential hazards. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including designers, engineers, and other fabricators, to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate effectively within the team to achieve project goals and deadlines. Material Handling: Manage and organize aluminium stock efficiently. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of materials for ongoing projects. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Report any malfunctions or equipment issues promptly. Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients or project managers to understand specific requirements and provide updates on project progress. Address client concerns or modifications as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered. Prepare and submit progress reports to supervisors as required. Requirements: Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Strong knowledge of TIG and MIG welding techniques. Familiarity with aluminium fabrication tools and equipment. Attention to detail and precision in work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills.
