Responsibilities: Researching and identifying fashion trends, both locally and globally. Collaborating with the design team to develop concepts and design ideas. Creating sketches, mood boards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. Selecting fabrics, trims, and accessories for each collection. Overseeing the entire design process from initial concept to final product. Collaborating with manufacturers to ensure that designs are produced to the highest quality standards. Conducting fittings and making adjustments to designs as needed. Keeping abreast of industry developments and incorporating new techniques and technologies into the design process. Working closely with the marketing team to promote and market our products effectively. Maintaining awareness of production deadlines and ensuring that designs are completed on time. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a similar role.
