Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates on the floor. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability on the sales floor. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product recommendations. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to the management team. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety on the sales floor. Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures. Provide regular feedback to sales associates and recognize outstanding performance. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Point of Sale systems).
