As part of our team expansion, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to assist in managing and processing data efficiently. Job Description: 1. Data Entry and Management: Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems. Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any errors or discrepancies as needed. 2. Data Processing and Analysis: Assist in organizing and categorizing data according to predefined criteria. Perform basic data analysis, such as sorting, filtering, and summarizing data sets. 3. Document Management: Scan and digitize documents, files, and records for electronic storage and retrieval. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy access to documents. 4. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks and audits of data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Identify and report any data quality issues or anomalies to management for resolution. 5. Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data and information at all times. Follow established protocols and procedures for data handling, storage, and disposal. 6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and generate reports, summaries, and statistical analyses based on data entries as required. Compile and maintain documentation related to data entry processes, procedures, and guidelines. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in typing and data entry with excellent accuracy and speed. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
