As part of our dynamic team, we are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join us in bringing our clients' visions to life. Job Description: 1. Conceptual Design and Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, goals, and design preferences. Develop conceptual design proposals, sketches, and renderings that capture the essence of the project and meet client expectations. 2. Architectural Design Development: Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements in the design development process. 3. Material Selection and Specification: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction techniques that align with project requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability goals. Prepare material specifications and documentation for construction bidding and procurement processes. 4. Project Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal design team members, engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Participate in design reviews, meetings, and site visits to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. 5. Construction Administration: Provide support during the construction phase, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to requests for information (RFIs), and conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Address design-related issues and modifications as they arise during construction to ensure project success. 6. Client Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout the design and construction process, addressing their feedback, concerns, and expectations. Build and nurture positive client relationships to foster trust, satisfaction, and repeat business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software. Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical proficiency. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Kerala. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
