Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries. Address employee concerns and issues in a timely and empathetic manner. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with managers to identify and address performance improvement opportunities. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies. Maintain training records and assess training effectiveness. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate employee recognition programs and events. Exit Process: Assist in the exit process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and processing relevant documentation. Analyze exit data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and enhancing the HR function. Contribute ideas and suggestions for HR process enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
