As part of our dedicated housekeeping team, we are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join us in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Job Description: 1. Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, and vacuuming or sweeping floors. Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished, and room accessories are arranged neatly for guest convenience. 2. Bathroom Sanitization: Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs, using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Replace towels, toiletries, and other bathroom essentials as needed to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. 3. Common Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, corridors, and stairwells to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Remove trash and debris, vacuum carpets, and wipe down surfaces to keep common areas neat and presentable. 4. Laundry Management: Collect, sort, and wash linens, towels, and other guest room fabrics using laundry equipment and detergents. Fold, iron, and organize clean laundry for storage or distribution to guest rooms as needed. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies and amenities, including cleaning products, toiletries, and linens, to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor for prompt resolution. 6. Guest Interaction and Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction. Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is an advantage. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
