Menu Development and Innovation: Develop and innovate North Indian cuisine menus, incorporating traditional recipes, regional specialties, and modern culinary trends to create a diverse and exciting dining experience for our guests. Design new dishes, specials, and tasting menus, balancing flavors, textures, and presentations to showcase the richness and diversity of North Indian culinary traditions. 2. Culinary Expertise and Execution: Demonstrate mastery of North Indian cooking techniques, including tandoor, curry, and kebab preparations, to prepare authentic and flavorful dishes with precision and finesse. Lead by example in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, cooking processes, and plating techniques, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipe standards. 3. Ingredient Sourcing and Quality Control: Source high-quality, fresh ingredients and authentic North Indian spices, herbs, and condiments from reputable suppliers and vendors, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of dishes prepared. Conduct quality control checks on incoming ingredients, inspecting freshness, flavor, and appearance to maintain high standards of food quality and safety. 4. Kitchen Management and Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, assistants, and helpers, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure smooth kitchen operations and optimal performance. Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and organize work schedules effectively, prioritizing tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency during busy service periods. 5. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance, storage practices, and waste management, to create a safe and conducive work environment.
