Diagnostic Inspection: Perform thorough diagnostic inspections on two-wheelers to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately. Repair and Maintenance: Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical components of two-wheelers. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire replacements. Electrical System Work: Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lights, ignition systems, and electronic components. Install and troubleshoot accessories such as alarms, GPS systems, and lighting upgrades. Parts Replacement: Replace or repair worn-out or damaged parts, such as spark plugs, filters, belts, bearings, and chains. Ensure the use of high-quality spare parts for replacements. Tuning and Performance Optimization: Perform tuning and adjustments to enhance the overall performance and fuel efficiency of two-wheelers. Test ride vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality and performance. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and explain required repairs or maintenance. Provide detailed estimates for repairs and seek customer approval before initiating work. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all repairs, services, and parts used. Generate clear and detailed invoices and receipts for customers. Shop Maintenance: Keep the workshop clean, organized, and well-equipped with necessary tools and equipment. Report any malfunctioning equipment or the need for new tools to the supervisor. Qualifications: Certification or diploma in Automotive Mechanics or a related field. Proven experience as a Two-Wheeler Mechanic. In-depth knowledge of two-wheeler systems, engines, and components. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in work. Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills. Additional Requirements: Physical strength and agility to handle the demands of the job. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Valid driver's license for test rides and deliveries.
